HEALTH & SAFETY COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

At Aromatic Expeditions, your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We are fully committed to maintaining high health, hygiene, and safety standards for all guests, staff, and partners.

1. General Safety Measures

  • All vehicles are cleaned before start any route. 
  • Drivers and guides are trained in emergency procedures. 
  • All equipment used during tours (snorkeling gear, camping gear, etc.) is well cleaned before use.
  • Driver and guides are briefed on client allergies, medical alerts, and special needs

2. Client Health & Medical Awareness

  • All clients are requested to complete a basic Medical Declaration Form before arrival. 
  • Clients with known health conditions may be required to complete an extended medical form. 
  • Aromatic Expeditions maintains confidential records to assist in case of emergencies. 
  • Emergency contacts and nearest clinics are identified for each tour route.

3. Food, Water & Allergies

  • Fresh, well-cooked meals provided in clean environments.
  • Bottled or purified water is provided throughout the tour.
  • All allergies and dietary needs are shared with hotels and partners in advance.

4. Personal Hygiene & Wellness

  • Hand sanitizers available in vehicles and during excursions 
  • Sunscreen, insect repellent, and hats encouraged 
  • Rest breaks and hydration reminders provided on long routes

5. Activity Safety

  • We conduct regular safety checks on all physical activities including game drives, hiking, boating, and snorkeling. 
  • Local activity partners are selected based on safety record, certification, and insurance.

6. Outdoor Activities

  • Activity briefings provided before hiking, snorkeling, or boating 
  • Life jackets, helmets, or walking poles provided where needed 
  • Weather and wildlife safety checks done before all excursions

7. Emergency Preparedness

  • Emergency contact numbers are available 24/7. 
  • Aromatic Expeditions maintains communication with local clinics and hospitals. 
  • Our guides are trained to respond calmly and quickly in case of illness, accidents, or wildlife incidents.
